Introduction to Gnosis & Meditation ‘The Path of Transformation’

To Know Thyself is the beginning of Wisdom ~ Socrates
Gnosis is the Greek word for knowledge. We must become investigators of ourselves to truly discover and understand the mysteries of ourselves and the universe.
This is a 4-week introduction course at The Albany Gnostic & Meditation Center located in Albany village. Studies have the potential to be ongoing.
Topics include subjects around:
The Awakening of Consciousness, Ego Essence Personality, Esoteric Psychology, Karma and Dharma.
These classes are to teach you how to awaken your consciousness in a teacher-led environment and generally follow the structure of a relaxation practice, then a talk, and finishing with a meditation.
The cost for the introduction is free for the community, however, donations are always appreciated to cover costs. Continued studies have the recommendation of $5 – $15 to help cover costs if you think the teachings are of value to you.
