We are happy to offer lunchtime and after work micro meditation sessions for people who are busy and are looking for ways to destress, connect with that peaceful potential inside, and enjoy their days more.
Come, relax your body and quiet your mind in the middle of your day.
Please enter and exit quietly as there may be others meditating, you are welcome to come for some or all of the duration.
The practices will be varied but so you get an idea of what to expect meditations can include:
~ Meditating to music
~ Singing bowl chiming
~ Mantra vocalisation
~ Teacher-led meditation
Meditation sessions are free however donations are gladly accepted if you find some benefit.
